Worked a Resident Engineer/FM Technical Manager (O&M) South Region (Karachi, Hyderabad, & Quetta) at the office/premises of Standard Chartered Bank, The multinational organization and looked after overall preventive maintenance & routine works related to Electrical Equipments (Generators, UPS, HVAC, Fire Alarm System, Distribution Boards, etc) of 54 Branches/Buildings of SCBPL. Prepared & implemented electrical audit report/maintenance & forms/specifications as per policy of SCBPL. Provided cost saving solution in terms of energy savings with implementation new technology LEDs, & inverter type ACs.

Engineer E&I for EPIC of New LGO Tank (2114FI) & Utilization of LC Tank (2145FA) for LGO Service at QP Refinery.
The Scope of work is subdivided into two parts the first part consist of E&I works for new LGO tank (2114FI) which is given as the power supply for the six (6) nos. Motor operated valve is through the new MOV Distribution Board, The mixer motors and MOV’s shall be similar to the existing tanks. The Instrumentation and control requirements for new tank (2114FI) and associated facilities shall be similar to that of the existing tanks for similar service. The complete instrumentation associated with MOVs, mixers, Scope of supply and services shall include the design, procurement, factory testing, packing for transport, transport and delivery to site, storage, complete installation, testing at site, commissioning, putting into service, reliability and performance testing pre-commissioning/commissioning activities and training on the required instrumentation equipment and systems. All new instrumentation and controls for this facility shall be seamlessly integrated to the existing systems of Honeywell, i.e. DCS, ESD, F&G. Construction of new SER-14 building associated facility for new LGO tank (2114FI) And the second part consist of E&I works for utilization of LC tank (2145FA) for LGO service which is given as the power to MOV (XV0515) shall be sourced from the existing spare MCCB Feeder available on existing MOV Distribution Board # 2133 MOV E.The laying of instrument cables and installation of new MOV, FT. All new signals are to be terminated in SER2 Substation Room, DCS/ESD panels. Modification in existing DCS/ESD Existing DCS shall be configured for the addition of new tags, 21- MOV-0515 and 21-FT-0390 Existing ESD shall be configured to close the new MOV 21-MOV-0515 based on the level 21-LSHH-502 in the tank 2145FA. The existing instruments with Light Component (LC) service shall be changed for LGO service.
 Successfully managing the project site and electrical & instrumentation works for New LGO Tank & LC Tank Conversion.
 Attending the meetings with General Consultant, witnessing the FAT at vendors shop as per approved ITP’s.
 Arranging the material submittals as per the approved material list, finalizing the sub vendors for LV Panels, UPS, Fire pump panels, HVAC, Lighting Fixtures including type of fixtures as per AFC, switches & sockets, fastener, BMS, Cable Raceways etc.
